Human Resources Manager

Adecco is currently looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager.  This role is a direct hire for our client located in Huntington Beach, CA. 

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years in human resources.  This person will need to demonstrate leadership qualities and be able to adapt to a flexible agenda daily.  Our client needs someone who is open minded when it comes to taking on new projects and will follow compliance protocol at all times.  Additional details listed below.

Responsibilities: (include, but are not limited to)

  • Maintains a fully functioning Human Resources Department
  • Acts as a strategic partner by facilitating site and leadership trainings that build value added results through individual coaching, catalyst for change, organizational learning, and team/leadership development and planning
  • Knows the requirements and capabilities to achieve a high-performance work culture while providing human resource services to team members through company policies and activities, while being proactive and focused on establishing and recommending revisions for management’s company procedures and practices concerning personnel and employee relation's matters

    • Develops and trains human resources staff as required to maintain a professional department
    • Proactively encourages customer-oriented outlook within the operation that predisposes employees to take responsibility for client satisfaction
    • Develops and maintains employee relations program to include: 
      • Social and Recognition events
      • Health and Wellness activities
      • Orientation of employees (welcome presentation)
      • Career Development
      • Affirmative Action Program
      • Safety Program
      • Emergency Plan
  • Oversees Human Resources staff
  • Has thorough understanding of these areas and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws
  • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees, planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems
  • Demonstrates discretion, integrity and fairness



Bachelor’s’ Degree

Six plus years of progressive experience within Human Resources

At least one year of experience in aerospace



$100-105k annual salary
