The Human Resource Manager is responsible for supporting efforts regarding compensation & benefits administration, policy administration, execution of special programs, recruiting, performance management and employee relations. Our client is open to assisting with relocation for the right candidate. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Human Resources. Job Essentials:

Administer and monitor worker's compensation, short term disability, FMLA claims.
Drive recruiting and employment activities to ensure timely placement of qualified associates.
Reporting HR metrics.
Ensuring compliance and employment laws.
Manage performance reviews.
Participate in developing best practices and implementing policies and procedures.
