This position requires candidates to:

-Recruiting and hiring of all positions as needed (front line to upper management)

-New hire processesing and on-boarding

-Use of available resources to run job ads in an efficient and effective manner

-Reference checking, E-verify, background and drug testing and DMV clearence

-Ensure all employee files and medical files are complete and kept accordance to policies and laws

-Supervise department employees

-Work with supervisors, counsel employee benefits (health, cobra, dental, etc.)

-Main contact for worker compensation and claims

-Main contact for unemployment

-Working with other management members and ensure succession planning is in place for all positions


Mandatory Skills:

-Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.


-4 year degree in related field 

-3 to 5 years work experience in Human Resources field with demonstrated growth

-Any other duties as assigned.
