Human Resources Manager

Adecco is now hiring for a Human Resource Manager for a client who is a leader in financial database management. 

We are targeting candidates that have HR experience within the Call Center/Financial service industry. 

Human Resources Managers set the tone for the entire human resources department. From employee relations to payroll to compliance issues, the HR department helps ensure that an organization runs smoothly, and the Human Resources Manager is at the helm.

Duties and responsibilities of a Human Resources Manager include:
  • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and on boarding
  • Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
  • Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
  • Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
  • Ensure the organization's compliance with local, state and federal regulations A high quality candidate for a Human Resources Manager position will have an array of skills and qualifications.
The candidate would need to have the below qualifications:
  • Over a year of HR experience within a call center environment
  • Experience within the financial/banking industry
  • At least 3 years of management experience in an HR role. 
  • A Bachelors Degree in human resources, labor relations, organizational development, business or related area; relevant work experience may be a substitute
