HR supporting role and onboarding coordination directly supporting the Sr. Director of Human Resources & Administration as well as the Professional Recruitment team. Responsibilities include:
*Working with HR systems
*Time and attendance
*Performance management
Duties will include but not be limited to:
*Receptionist activities and phone support for team members who visit the corporate HR office or call to inquire support for related HR subject matter such as benefits
*Processing of new hires
*Ensure data integrity
*Compliance and accuracy in the utilization of all of the HR Systems
*Processing of new hires, terms, status changes and disciplinary actions.
*Pre-employment, on-boarding and/or transfers *Background checking and physical drug screening processes
*Processing all relevant forms and scheduling of orientation programs and lists.
*Handling invoices, resetting passwords for the HR System,
*Creating and running various HR related reports as needed
*Experience within Human Resources, Recruitment and related subject areas
High School Degree or equivalency required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
