HVAC Commercial Sales

Adecco in partnership with Christian Brothers Mechanical Services Inc., a full-service mechanical contractor with almost 200 employees and growing. We are looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Sales professional to join our growing team. We are headquartered in Mira Loma in Riverside County, not far from Los Angeles and San Bernardino Counties.
Primary Job Function: The HVAC Commercial Sales Rep will conduct sales acquisition, project coordination, and account management activities in the assigned geographic territory in support of Christian Brothers Mechanical company goals.
Job Description:

Identify, assess and initiate contact with multiple prospective Commercial customers.
Develop, nurture and maintain close working relationships with the decision-makers.
Utilizes Account management process to identify key customers and to develop specific action plans to grow identified accounts.
Identifies potential opportunities with existing and new customers.
Converts leads into opportunities by assigning the appropriate sales and communicating the next steps in the process.
Maintains an acceptable rate of business acquisition.
Create competitive, high quality and timely estimates and proposals. Effectively write and present proposals. Negotiate value, address resistance and close the sale.
Responsible for customer satisfaction and for maintaining a high level of credibility

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

5+ years of successful Commercial Sales experience in the HVAC industry
Ideally involved in Design, Sale, Installation of the project.
Demonstrated ability to successfully grow a sales territory.
Formal sales training is a plus.
Experience coordinating multiple projects and product installations a plus.
Excellent presentation skills-professional appearance and strong communication skills a must.
Self-motivated, driven, success oriented individual.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
