Major Responsibilities of the position:

Perform cost effective assembly, testing and troubleshooting of electrical components in an ESD controlled environment, including but not limited to electronic board repairs and functional testing of assemblies
Adhere to quality requirements and notify supervisor of product deficiencies or design problems.
Adhere to manufacturing approved processes and standards for all work performed.
Participate in all required training courses and practice learned methods in everyday work. Examples are KPS, 5S, torque training, crimp training, etc.
Adhere to all safety requirements (including wearing the required protective equipment) and perform all work in a safe manner while on the shop floor.
Major Challenges:

1. Learning and adhering to specified processes
2. Adapting to process and drawing changes that may affect assembly
3. Identifying and reporting product defects and items that require rework
