CLERICAL
POSITION SUMMARY
Under general supervision, provides administrative support to the Customer Service Department. Responsible for invoicing, reporting and general administrative and clerical support. Must demonstrate a basic understanding of the business service area, clients, key terms and service offerings. Requires the ability to exercise independent judgement and employ basic reasoning skills.

Weekly 40 hours
$15.00 hourly pay

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Support the Director and Customer Service team in executing key business initiatives
-Send and track email and mailed correspondence to customers
-Sort and mail and/or email out invoices.
-Respond to customer invoice inquiries.
-Provide general administrative and clerical support.
-Perform sales analysis reports
-Prepare correspondence and documents.
-Compile weekly reporting from team members
-Monitor departments email box and distribute to team members.
-Coordinate trainings/meetings, travel and organize catering.
-Complete expense reports.
-Maintain department PDO records
-Track shipments using web (as needed)
-Scan and file daily invoices and faxed orders (as needed).
-Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
-Work with cross-functional teams on various projects.
-High level of professionalism and demeanor.
-Other duties as assigned.
