The Image Review Clerk is responsible for the accurate and timely verification and processing
of license plate images identified for manual processing under the electronic toll system
transaction management rules.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities: �Contribute to excellence in customer service by learning and applying rules for correct acceptance or rejection of images; understand vehicle classifications, types of license plates, application of reject codes.
�Consistently achieve and meet/exceed specific personal performance metrics and positively contribute to the successful achievement of all group key performance indicators (KPIs).
�Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the relationship between accuracy and speed and the impact on the customer and the business.
�Report to work and be ready to begin your assigned tasks at the start of your scheduled shift to ensure successful fulfillment of work assigned.
�Take ownership of work and provide input and/or assistance in formulating new policies and procedures; recommend changes to existing policies and procedures as required. Ensure compliance with toll system agreement as applicable.
�Identify problems with the following and communicate or escalate these issues to the proper area for resolution:
o Image Reviewing tools
o Tolling system
o Problem license plate images/accounts
o Problematic business rules �Work with a high degree of personal integrity, treat others with respect and foster a safe harassment free work environment.
�Perform other work as required and assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Qualified candidate must possess a high school diploma and a minimum of 6 months work experience, preferably in data entry or customer service. �Must be skilled in use of basic PC applications and possess ability to perform advanced data entry skills; ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
�Must possess ability to accurately verify a high volume of license plate images in a deadline oriented environment.
�Must have ability to establish and maintain consistent and effective working relationships and communications with staff, peers and management both within and outside of the immediate organizational structure; demonstrate willingness to support customer service operations as may be needed.
�Must have strong verbal and written communication skills in English
