Implementation Specialist/Transition Specialist Representative 

Location: Irvine

Pay Rate: $51,000 plus commission and car allowance

Adecco is assisting a local client to source for a Transition Specialist Representative to add to their established sales team. This is a sales support role which transitions new clients from their previous payroll system to the client's system. A 6 week hands-on training course is provided. They offer a performance based compensation plan that rewards your hard work with base salary, commission and auto allowance.


You will work with their Executive Sales Reps in the conversion of new clients from their previous payroll system.


Also responsible for ensuring new clients:

- First payrolls start on time and are processed accurately and timely. Assist with all aspects of conversion from collecting data to training. Provide new customers with comprehensive product training during their transition. 


Job Duties:

- Train new customers

- Help new customers transition to the client 

- Create and manage implementation timeline and project plan

- Work with new customers to collect all the data required for the implementation process.


Qualifications Education/Certification:

Bachelors Degree Required.



- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining organization and timely completion of projects/key metrics

- Must be detail-oriented

- Demonstrate proficiency with computers, specifically in Excel and GoTo Meeting

- Professional appearance and demeanor

- Project management skills

- Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to work with various departments both inside the company and with clients

- Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
