Adecco, Better Work Better Life!! Seeking experience customer service representatives with a high level of order entry experienced. Must be able to start immediately. Pay rate is $15.00 - $20.00 per hour.




  • Pre-entry of documents, receive and respond to internal and external emails
  • Entry of data, to include setting up ISF’s, Truck Shipments, and BANFI.
  • Navigating multiple computer based programs to include Word, Excel, IPRO,
  • Updating files daily to insure accuracy of client accounts.
  • Handling time sensitive and confidential documents.
  • Disinfecting incoming and outgoing cases.
  • Navigating multiple computer based programs to schedule cases according to the request.
  • Responsible for positive daily team work as well as self, productivity.
  • Responsible for the appliance of the essential work functions of a Scheduling Coordinator.
  • Handling FCL/LCL/AIR shipments for GAP / ZARA shipments, responsibility nominations cargo for other ports provide customer service which meet customer requirement & needed
  • Handling client accounts payable and receivable and contracts client and following up & checking up pending receivable or payable account
  • Duties included full container load and specific service same as previous job for FCL
  • Experienced dealing with shipments from China (mainland and Taiwan) agents
  • FCL service not only included rate quote for DDU/DDP terms shipments but also coordinated with import sale representative to tracking shipments, according to customer booking email message with sales person and internal message with overseas to update sale leads and shipment spread sheet.

  •  Ability to proof and send orders multiple times a day.
  • Able to manage tremendous amounts of data quickly with accuracy.
  • Can manage through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task while under pressure.
  •  Maintain a high level of professionalism to a wide range of customers     
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as cross-functionally           


Required Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  •  Minimum of 2-5 years of experience working directly with customers as well as heavy data entry, with proven track record in import/ export
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
