Adecco is partnering with one of the largest cargo shipping containers today. We have immediate import/export roles on the North side of Houston.  


  • Handling daily cargo tracking and creating the status report for each customer
  • Communicating with our carriers for cargo status, inquiry and any issue
  • Handling e-mail communication with our customers, oversea office, carriers and internal staffs daily
  • Arranging delivery for assigned shipments
  • Preparing completed files for billing
  • Printing all shipping document from oversea agent and create individual shipment files with labeling folders
  • Assigning arrival notices from carriers to corresponding files and organizing chronological orders
  • Entering arrival notice data in the system
  • E-mailing Arrival notice and shipping document to customs brokers
  • Issuing the billing invoices to customers and oversea offices
  • Requesting check payment when invoice requires payment prior to cargo release and sending payment via courier
