In House Recruiter

Adecco is currently looking for an In House Recruiter at their Fraser, MI location! Hours are between 30-40 weekly on a contract, with the possibility of full time hire for the right fit!

Responsibilities include identifying current and future hiring needs. A successful in house will also act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries. 

  • Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
  • Build applicant sources through researching & contacting resources
  • Arrange candidate interviews
  • Determine applicant qualifications for positions
  • Strong written and verbal communication via phone and email. 
  • Greet and assist visitors.
To be successful in this role, you should have a solid background in customer service (recruiting/sourcing/interview experience strongly preferred).
