Our growing Healthcare and Life Sciences division is seeking a Full Time Day Scheduler/ Receptionist! Meeting the needs of the division and our associates and clients requires an effective and professional multi-tasker- comfortable with taking on new tasks and speaking on the phone with both clients and prospective employees.

Must be someone that can effectively schedule shifts and interact professionally with a caring attitude in what can be a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Preferred candidates will have some healthcare scheduling in their background but will consider those interested in learning Healthcare Recruiting and Staffing.

Job Responsibilities

Front Desk Receptionist and First Point of Contact for Associates, Clients, and Colleagues
Coordinate Associate Nurses and Aides across multiple facilities and maintain scheduling calendar for working Associates
Communicate effectively with Clients, Associates, Facilities, Recruiters, Team Members and other Schedulers, including our On-Call Schedulers
Complete Payroll as needed
Administrative assistance to Recruiters and Onboarders as needed
Work well both independently to complete tasks and as an intrinsic part of the Team
Other duties as assigned


Job Skills & Qualifications

At least a year of Administrative experience; preferably in healthcare or prior scheduling or calendaring experience that required customer service
Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel and Google Docs
Comfortable in a multi-tasking dynamic environment
Positive attitude and interest in Healthcare
