We’ve got just the job for you! We’re recruiting for several positions in Southeast Des Moines area. It is for a customer of ours that will have you doing the following tasks:
• Assists customers by phone with questions regarding the health program, including, but not limited to, claim status and member eligibility inquiries.
• Comply with all requirements related to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). They will train you on this.

• Above all, you’ve got to be reliable. If you’re ready to go at the start of each shift, you’re A-OK in our book.
• Even though you don’t have much experience, that’s not a problem – this is a job with room for you to learn and grow. You should have some previous experience working with people in retail setting or on a job where you have answered the phones. And if you have worked in a call center taking inbound calls or making outbound calls, it will come in handy on the job!
