Adecco is currently assisting a local financial services client in their search to fill an immediate Customer Service Rep role in Dayton OH!

Shift hours: 8 hours ( 8am – 5pm – this may have some slight flexibility ex. 8:30-5:30)
Training hours and duration if different: 3-4 weeks, sometimes shorter. Training would be same as shift.

Job Description – These are various types of Quoting Practice for Property and Casualty Personal Lines of Business (ex Auto & Home Insurance). This is all processing and administrative work, very little if any customer interaction at all.

Functional Responsibilities
As a Sr. Agency Services Representative responsibilities will include the handling of more complex transactions, research and resolve complex customer requests and be able to discuss options, have experience in processing Book Roll quotes, Retail to Group quotes, and Grand Protect Rekeys. You may facilitate team meetings and/or training sessions. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned or required. Assist with coaching and mentoring less experienced personnel.

Solid written and oral communication skills to communicate clearly and concisely by telephone, email and via the new business systems.

Assist leadership in Identifying and implementing changes in business processes, policies and procedures.

Strong attention to detail to follow business processes correctly, anticipating and understanding the downstream impact and ensuring high quality the first time/every time.

Easily adaptable to changes in business processes, work priorities and work environment

Takes accountability and ownership to resolve problems and find the answer and demonstrates creativity in identifying reasonable solutions that benefit all parties.

Desire and ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts, processes and behaviors, has a curiosity to learn more and invest in their own growth and development

Customer centric and able to elicit the trust and confidence of clients and adjust to the needs and style of the customer

Ability to take direction and work independently to obtain results with minimal supervision

Sound decision making and judgment by having the confidence to make decisions within their authority, and know when to use their judgment on unique situations and when to escalate the situation to management

3+ years of related work experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong keyboarding and computer skills
Solid written and oral communication skills to communicate clearly and concisely by telephone, email and via the new business systems.
