Adecco is currently recruiting Customer Service Representatives for a large and rapidly growing mortgage company in Tempe near the Diablo Stadium! Bilingual a plus!

Qualified Customer Service Representative Individuals will have proven job stability, a strong attention to detail, be comfortable asking probing questions to identify status and provide current loan updates. Candidates must have good telephone communication and strong problem solving skills and must adhere to all policies and procedures, and document in client account profiles. Candidates must be able to toggle between multiple screens/windows in a fast-paced contact center environment and have a minimum of intermediate computer skills, understanding of MS programs, data entry, and strong basic mathematics knowledge. Candidates must also have ability to work independently.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities include taking inbound and conducting outbound calls for customers regarding mortgage questions such as hazard insurance, taxes, escrow analysis, payments, account balances, year-end information, etc.

Applicants for Customer Service Representative must have a minimum of 1+ years experience in call center, retail, hospitality or office environment. Previous mortgage banking and/or customer care experience preferred.

This is a Temp-to-Hire Opportunity / Must pass background, fingerprint check and drug screen

Candidates must have HS Diploma or equivalent and be able to provide degree with graduation date and proof of last employer.

Pay-Range: $16/hour meet qualifications, assessments scores and interview
Bilingual Candidate Pay Rate $17/hour

Location: 48th/Southern, near Diablo Stadium
Dress Code: Business Casual (interview in Business attire)
Attendance: Strict

Schedule:
Training: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (5 weeks)
After Training: Monday-Friday 5am-5pm availability (8 hour shift during these operating hours) 6-230pm, 8-5pm, 9-6pm depending on business need
