Adecco is assisting a great National company in Lawrence with their need for Customer Service Representatives.  We are looking for candidates to APPLY NOW for these great Temporary to Hire positions starting in March!

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for interacting with customers to provide information about programs and services in a contact center environment. These positions are NOT sales positions.
 
Essential Job Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries 
- Address customer inquiries and resolve problems
- Perform other duties as assigned
 
Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Inbound Call Center experience preferred
 
Skills and Abilities 
- Strong customer service
- Perform data entry accurately
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products
