Adecco is currently recruiting inbound call center Customer Service associates for a local leading company in promotional items. These are long term, possible temp to hire positions.

As a Clerical Support Clerk you will accept inbound calls from clients who need assistance in placing or following up on their orders. Qualified candidates must have recent call center Customer Service experience with a desire to work in a fast paced, deadline driven office.

Responsibilities:
• Provide Excellent Customer Service to all clients via phone and email
• Data enter orders with speed and accuracy
• Verify all order info including item availability, pricing, transit time, shipping charges, etc.
• Follow up on existing orders through completion
• Maintain data, with ability to run and analyze reporting
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic, team orientated environment

Qualifications:

• MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) – Minimum of Intermediate Level
• Proficient Typist with 40 WPM+
• At least 6 months of customer service experience required

Pay is $13-$14/hr., based upon experience
Schedule- Full-Time Days (schedule can be anywhere between 7AM-6PM, Monday through Friday, plus Saturday OT as needed).
