Inbound Outbound Call Center

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to an Outbound Patient Contact Representative position in Mountain Lakes, NJ. Apply Now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

Responsibilities for this Call Center Rep include:

  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • High Energy Work Ethic
  • Promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele
  • Generating interest from qualifying prospects and “closing” sales
  • Source new opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls
  • Up Selling based on customers’ profile
  • Set appointments and achieve daily/monthly quotas
  • Research accounts thoroughly to identify upsell opportunities
  • Selling/Communicator Skills
  • Shifts 9am-5:30pm; 9:30am-6pm; 11:30am-8pm (Must be available for all)
  • Every other Saturday 9am-5:30pm (will have a day off during the week a Saturday is worked
  • Business Casual dress

Qualifications:

  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone experience making over 100 calls per day
  • Highly organized
  • Detail oriented
  • Multi-tasking Skills
  • MS Office Skills
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • $14/hr.
  • Call Center/Customer Service experience preferred but would consider a great communicator
