Adecco is assisting a customer in the Fisher's area with a Customer Support Specialist Position.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will respond to customer inquiries concerning orders from inception to delivery. This includes anticipating any problems or concerns and rectifying proactively. The Customer Contact Center is a cross between order fulfillment and sales, for example, building relationships, contracts and tech support are all elements of the position. Seeking candidates with a very holistic view of the business. These are business to business transactions, for example, hospitals, laboratories, doctor's offices. This role is not a traditional customer service role. Critical thinking skills are a must have skill set, as each call can be very complex in nature. We are not seeking candidates who have traditional call center experience such as collections. The customers place their orders through an automated system, therefore, not seeking traditional tactical order takers. The Customer Support Specialist is a problem solver who has the ability to dissect each customer challenge and resolve accordingly using a variety of resources. The quality of the calls taken is much more important than the quantity of calls taken each day.
