Adecco Direct Placement is currently recruiting qualified candidates for a Direct Hire Industrial Electrician Job near Kingston, TN for our client, a well-established manufacturing facility.


Industrial Electrician Job has responsibility for maintaining production and quality by ensuring operation of electrical systems, apparatus, electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment.
Installing new machines and equipment by installing power supply wiring and conduit to and between machines and equipment; using hand tools, test equipment, schematics, and prints.
Repairing electrical systems and equipment by diagnosing malfunctioning apparatus such as transformers, motors, and lighting fixtures; determining faulty wiring; inspecting and testing malfunctioning machinery
Repairs and replaces faulty electrical components by using testing equipment and hand tools to install relays, switches, motors, printed circuit boards, and position-sensing devices.
Programs automated machinery by operating, testing for malfunctions, and verifying repairs to robots, robot controllers, and programmable controllers.
Prepares electrical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery
Works on 3 phase motor system (connection – start/stop circuits)
Works with variable frequency drives and PLCs

$23.75/hour pay rate


Minimum 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma, GED or equivalent
Must be able to past validated Electrical Test.
At least 1 year of industrial electrical maintenance experience
Able to work a rotating shift, weekends, and holidays
Able to climb, lift up to 50 pounds from ground level to chest level, bend, and operate heavy equipment
Basic computer skills
Excellent work attendance record, ability to report to work as scheduled, flexibility to work overtime as needed or directed
Experience with AC/DC controls and drives, automation systems and sensors, motor controls and maintenance
Knowledge of PLCs
Knowledge of the National Electric Code
