Industrial Engineer

Positions require at least 5-7 years working experience 
Pay ranges start from $70-80K depending on experience. 

Current job openings are as follows:
Process Engineer – Bachelors Degree,  High Skill level with SAP & Excel -The ideal candidate for this position will have a deep understanding of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.  The Lean Specialist will have the ability to utilize various analytical tools and reports to uncover problematic root causes.

Industrial Engineer- Bachelors or Associates Degree, Advanced Mechanical aptitude with Electrical and controls experienced preferred.  (contact directly for more in depth J.D.) 

Electrical and Mechanical Engineer -  Electrical, This position will support to our mining and refractory brick manufacturing processes.  The engineer will be responsible for developing and managing the electrical and controls portion of projects to install new equipment or upgrade existing equipment.  Projects may include medium and low voltage power distribution, controls circuits, automation, and programming.   Mechanical, This person will provide hands on support to our mining and refractory brick manufacturing processes.  Our

Project Engineers work directly with our operations staff to determine the project requirements, develop a project scope, assist in securing bidding and contract terms, and manage various capital equipment or facility projects, engineering services and machine build/fabrication requirements.  

Contract Engineer- High School Diploma or Equivalent,  Role is in Engineered Ceramics Division,  expected to last 9 months – 
Contract Engineer will be working on 1 large project with 15 mini projects simultaneously. This person will also be responsible to work with the management team to decide final plans and bid the final idea. This position will also be responsible for smooth start of the equipment at the facility, be expected to coordinate and oversee contractors, help design workstations and write scopes for bidding. Hours are Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
