Adecco is assisting a local client in search of a Innovation Specialist . The Innovation Specialist will be a key member of the Program Innovation team. Borrowing from usercentered design, behavioral economics, and qualitative research methods, the team sets future program direction and supports the collective culture of innovation to engage Share Our Strength stakeholders more deeply to take action. Over the summer, the Innovation Specialist will assist the team with on the ground management of summer pilots. This is a 10-week position located in Lafayette, Indiana. Duties and Responsibilities:
The Innovation Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Homes as Sites pilot, an innovation test where individual homes serve as summer meal sites in rural towns where more traditional locations like schools and community centers do not offer summer meals. The
individual will play a critical role in the overall success of the innovation test, by ensuring that all homes serving as sites meet program regulations and building key relationships with the families in the program.

General responsibilities include:

Program Support:
-Recruit families to participate in the innovation test by developing a marketing plan, conducting direct outreach and developing creative tactics for program targeting.
-Manage the family application process to determine eligibility and communicate program status to applicants

Project Management:
-On the ground implementation by developing meal delivery routes, coordinating drivers and deliveries, conducting meal
delivery, maintaining relationships with family participants.

Data Collection and Analysis:
-Oversee data collection and work with families to ensure proper completion of surveys and daily meal reports.
-Work with Innovation Manager to coordinate and conduct ethnographic interviews with family participants to collect key user-experience insights.
-Analyze survey data and family interviews to make initial recommendations on the success of the innovation test.

Qualifications: Seeking an enthusiastic and curious individual to join our team as an Innovation Specialist. This position is open to undergraduate and graduate students. The ideal candidate will have:

-Reliability, responsibility, and a good work ethic
-Good customer service and interpersonal skills
-Daily access to a car is required and use of personal mobile phone required
-Ability to work independently

This is a contract position. The Innovation Specialist will receive a stipend up to $3000 over the course of the 10-week position. The target start date is June 3, 2018.
