The role of Inside Sales Account is to work jointly with the sales team on named customers and prospects, to manage simplex quoting, solution design, proposals, orders and general opportunity management. Must be comfortable as a supporting role in Sales department for telecommunications industry. Previous experience in sales support roles over the phone or email strongly desired. Recent college graduates are welcome to apply. Salary & Bonus compensations are very competitive.







Key Accountabilities






Responsible for managing transactional/simplex business – including local access quoting, simplex quoting, opportunity management through to order and close, including simplex solution design

For these simplex opportunities, potentially act as customer contact point and manage qualification, negotiation, value proposition, proposal/presentation through to contract signature
Identify upsell opportunities within named accounts
Act as quoting support for Federal team
Pass certain opportunities to Senior Account Director – for example, more complex or at-risk
Sales-related support post-order (where Inside Sales was original opportunity owner)
Manage renewals and out of contract reporting
Support on major RFPs and complex requirements as required

Work with Senior Account Director on weekly customer cadence and to determine qualified / priority deals
Opportunity, Win/Loss and Trend Analysis reporting
Lead Generation / Campaign Management

Accountable and Responsible for directly managing sub-set of named, lower revenue, lower volume accounts
Responsible for Account Plans on selected customers/prospects within their portfolio
Ensuring customer experience targets and met and exceeded
Meeting and exceeding set KPIs and targets including sales and revenue
To build customer relationships over the Phone or online to cross sell / up sell on each occasion through a consultative selling approach (for both reactive and proactive engagements)
To make regular contact with customer base and ensure portfolio plans are in place.
To identify, promote and engage in continuous improvement initiatives

















Qualifications/experiences





Strong academic background (Bachelors degree in Business, Communication etc.)
Previous sales and customer service/relationship management experience is an advantage
ICT / Telecommunications / Technology experience is an advantage
Experience working in or leading teams
The ability to establish and build multi-layer relationships with customers.
The ability to act and succeed independently as well as being a valuable team member
Experienced and proficient in working with Microsoft office applications and CRM
Excellent organisational/ negotiation skills.
Sound problem solving skills; a creative approach with the ability to develop new ideas.


Language Requirements

High-level oral, written, presentation and communication skills in the English language
Must be experienced with presentations and public speaking
