Inside Sales

Outgoing Call Center

  • Achieves sales goals assigned by using target lists, CRM information, and product knowledge to meet customer needs and overcome objections
  • Recognizes the benefit and achieves the performance standards established for the team including but not limited to dials, targets and on-the-spot sales
  • Ensures order accuracy to minimize order errors and expedite free goods processing
  • Recognizes the need for field sales rep intervention and conveys customer information to appropriate field sales personnel
  • Conveys market intelligence and customer feedback to leadership team to develop improved promotions and programs
  • Uses CRM software to schedule activities, record sales and document customer contacts
  • Immediately transfers product complaints to the appropriate customer service group


Call center prefer

Years and Type of Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales activity is preferred
  • Experience in resolving conflict and problem solving, sometimes in a stressful environment
  • Experience in/or appreciation for the dental industry preferred
  • Key Required Skills, Knowledge and Capabilities:
  • Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with customers and strong telephone etiquette skills required
  • Capable of working independently
  • Capable of working on a computer up to 8 hours a day
  • Requires the associate to be on a telephone up to 8 hours a day
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic computations
  • Strong oral and written communications skills are required"
