Instructional Designer

*CANDIDATE CAN BE BASED IN NY, CHICAGO OR SAN FRANCISCO*

Our client, the world's largest search engine, is currently looking for instructional designers to support their sales teams.

Responsibilities
-Collaborate and align with multiple stakeholder groups across visual designers, producers, analysts, LMS administrators, SMEs, and facilitators 
-Partner with a dedicated Curriculum Manager to conduct SME interviews and needs analysis 
-Propose learning design for immersive, practice-based eLearning and in-person experiences that are innovative, yet lean in scope and complexity 
-Project manage individual and studio work and milestones 
-Advocate for the best learning solutions using instructional design and adult learning principles as support

Qualifications
-B.A. or B.S., or equivalent experience in Instructional Design
-4+ years of relevant experience in Instructional Design
-Experience in successfully designing and shipping high-quality learning solutions, for both in-person and online environments
-Strong organizational, writing, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects under deadline pressure
-Business acumen and understanding of group and corporate dynamics
-Ability to successfully navigate and influence strong personalities within a complex business landscape 

Preferred
-Graphic design skills (Illustrator, Photoshop)
-Video editing skills (Camtasia, Premiere)
-Experience using complex spreadsheets and project management tools
-Experience developing ILT or facilitating
-Assessment or Certification design
