Summary of role:

This role will be responsible for the development of Instructional Design Materials and Various training programs in support of transition and implementation of the Oracle ERP system.

Essential Responsibilities:

Design and develop Operations and Compliance training programs and materials.
Assist in the needs analyses to identify specific learning opportunities
Utilize instructional design skills to gather content, design, and develop e-Learning, instructor-led and blended learning training modules for the Area Sales Managers.
Design and develop e-Learning from ideation through storyboarding and development as needed.
Design and develop instructor-led training materials including facilitator guides, participant materials and collaborate with team members for implementation.
Update existing materials when program or process changes
Ensure materials are compliant with the branded style guide
Modify content per direction of Sales Development Director and/or other stakeholders


Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
5+ years of instructional design
4+ years of experience developing ERP instructional design materials (preferably Oracle)
Articulate Storyline/360
Adobe Captivate
Adobe Creative Cloud
MS Office applications
Must be very detail oriented, as a significant portion of the responsibilities will involve creating, proofing and editing content for materials that will be made available for the Area Sales Managers.
This person should be highly creative in the design and development of training materials with intermediate to expert level developer skills in eLearning software.
The candidate should be comfortable with identifying and communicating opportunities to improve training support processes.
Knowledge of Adult Learning theories
