Adecco, global leader in workforce professional solutions, is teamed with a well-known national Insurance/Financial Services company located in Tampa FL. Currently seeking an instruction designer/trainer.

Position: instruction designer/trainer
Location: Tampa FL
Duration: 3 months W2 contract
Pay rate: $49 per hour


Job Description:

Seeking experienced instructional designer/trainer/learning content developer who has strong knowledge of using authoring tools to create e-learning modules and micro-learning online content.


Must have:


Strong technical knowledge and experience creating e-modules using common authoring tools (Storyline, Captivate, etc.), project management experience and experience in learning module design.
Experience in designing/creating micro-learning modules is a plus.
Must have the ability to work independently with SMEs through all stages of learning module design, development and creation.
Must have the ability to work independently with business and SME support.
Prior experience in disability claims is a plus but not required.



Preferred:

Strong knowledge and experience using e-learning authoring tools is a must.
Need strong project-management skills, ability to work independently, ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with dedicated professionals who are passionate about micro-learning and technical/professional skills development.
Background in training/education
Prior insurance products experience a plus!
