Overview- Provides general administrative support to Intake team.

Job Responsibilities:
¿ Provides administrative and clerical support to the intake department in accordance with department procedures.
¿ Performs routine clerical duties such as data entry, filing, compiling and/or posting records, and photocopying as needed in the department. Scanning, indexing, processing incoming faxes and assisting with referral tracking.
¿ Maintains and files correspondence, cards, invoices, and other classified records arranged systematically in a file according to an established system. Inserts and removes material upon request and ensures filed records are retrievable.
