Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an Intake Coordinator / Customer Service job in Lewisville Tx

This is a temp to hire opportunity. As an Intake Coordinator you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, with ability to determine needs and provide one call resolution.

Accountabilities

o Responsible for handling inbound calls, with ability to determine needs and provide one call resolution

o Create and complete accurate referrals and applications and keep updated on policy or procedural changes

o Manage workload of inbound faxes (if applicable)

o Investigate and resolve patient/physician inquiries and concerns in a timely manner

o Enter detailed information into company proprietary software while conversing via telephone

o Place outbound phone calls for patient follow ups, confirmations or to obtain missing information

o Mail out appropriate documents to physician offices

o Interact with the patient referral sources to process new applicants

o Follow up with other internal team members regarding next steps

o Communicate with external constituents including physician offices and pharmacies

o Ability to identify, document and submit Adverse Events during customer contact or via received documentation

 

Qualifications:

o Minimum high school diploma or GED;

o Basic computer knowledge, Microsoft systems

o Strong communication/customer service skills

o Ability to be an independent worker and self-directed

o Ability to sit for long periods of time in a cubicle setting

o Demonstrate superior customer support talents

o Ability to prioritize multiple, concurrent assignments and work with a sense of urgency

o Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and Commercially insured payer common practices and policies, preferred

o Ability to work any Schedule between 7am-7pm M-F

o Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete standard tasks

o Works on routine assignments that require basic problem resolution

o Refers to policies and past practices for guidance

o Receives general direction on standard work; receives detailed instruction on new assignments

o Refers to policies and past practices for guidance

o Consults with supervisor or senior peers on complex and unusual problems

Hours are Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00 pm

Hourly Pay Rate $16.50 (non-CPhT), $17.50 (CPhT)
