Integrated Media Coordinator- temp job opportunity

 

Adecco Creative and Marketing is currently assisting a well-known convention center located in NYC in their search for a Integrated Media Coordinator for a temporary, approx. 3 month, job opportunity. 

This is an onsite, Monday- Friday, approx. 40 hours per week.

Candidates must have experience a minimum of 2-3 years of experience.

Position will pay depending on experience but will not exceed $28ph.

Main Duties:

 

  • Assist Media Coordinators and Managers in the creation of weekly campaign reporting and campaign metrics.
  • Aid in devising strategies and recommendations for media plans across traditional and digital channels.
  • Assist in the development of media plans based on up-to-date knowledge of market and consumer information.
  • Coordinate day-to-day deliverables liaising with key internal stakeholders and external agency partners.
  • Assist in maintaining flowcharts/plans and developing media delivery analysis.
  • Assist in trafficking, tracking and reporting of media campaigns.
  • Assist in maintaining budget updates and spreadsheets.
  • Support media expense tracking liaising between brands, agencies/vendors, and the Finance dept.
  • Participate in weekly status meetings with brands and agencies.
  • Research and maintain record of trends, innovations, and changes that affect media buying.
