Intermediate Clerk

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an Intermediate Clerk position, in La Palma, CA! This is a long term opportunity for the right person. Intermediate Clerk is the actual job title


Specific Duties:
1. Basic office duties like stocking supplies, ordering, and delivering orders to departments. Restock paper at service centers. Folding mail and scanning documents. Manage storage and fulfillment for cleanliness, order, and inventory tracking.
2. Support facilities management by submitting vendor helpdesk tickets, reporting facilities issues to manager, escort building maintenance vendors in and out.
3. May be called upon to cover front desk which includes check-in and checking-out guests to cover receptionist breaks/out of office. Contacting different departments about guest arrival.
4. May be called upon to work mailroom, printing mail materials, running inserter machine, and postage machine.
5. Drop off mail on the day before holiday closure at post office.


Must have qualifications/experience:
1. 2-3 years office clerk experience
2. GED/high school diploma or equivalent
3. Reliable transportation is a MUST.
4. Mailroom experience preferred
5. Front desk experience preferred

Shift Start/End Time: 8am -5pm Monday thru Friday

Dress Code: Business Casual
