Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an International Customer Service Rep role in Middleborough, MA Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!


Location: Middleborough, MA

Hours: 7:30am-4pm  Monday- Friday

Pay Rate:  $21 per hour  + based on experience

Duration: 6 months + contract with possibility of extension



Provide support to export market dealers and customers with respect to general inquiries, order processing, invoices, and traffic documentation

  • Receive and process export orders including order entry, contract review, and any necessary correspondence.
  • Add delivery dates and other necessary information to order confirmations before sending copy to the
  • Customer
  • Prepare pick lists and forward to appropriate department for orders to be processed and
  • Shipped
  • Work with production control to ensure pick lists print in time to meet delivery schedule.
  • Receive completed packing lists from shipping department and match to original order
  • Include shipping charges and special information before performing ship against to generate invoice.
  • Advise customer of shipping date. Prepare necessary postal forms and shipping documents.
  • Prepare and transmit proforma invoices.
  • Review foreign invoice payments received and advise accounting department of disposition.
  • Prepare and process all foreign credits on returned goods
  • Review and approve letters of credit
  • Correspond with customer and bank when corrections are necessary.
  • Maintain files for export market sales orders
  • Type foreign language invoices on computer and send copy to dealer or shipping agent on day of shipment
  • Review and approve for payment of freight invoices and dealer commissions.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for inspection, coordinate inspection date with inspection company, and inform freight carrier when inspection has been completed.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations for trafficking orders to export market.
  • Process RMA and DSI as necessary



  • Export Traffic Documentation Experience
  • ERP Experience (Syteline preferred)
  • AES (Automated Export System) Experience
  • Good interpersonal communication skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills, and a professional office and telephone manner
  • Knowledge and prior use with Windows applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • 5-7 years of prior customer service experience
