International Customer Service Rep

Adecco is recruiting for an International Customer Service Rep in Superior, WI.  This is a temporary opportunity expected to last at least 6 weeks, with potential for extension or permanent hire after that point. Responsibilities for this International Customer Service Rep include:

  • - Releasing orders
  • - Coordinating export documents
  • - Shipping inquiries
  • - Warranty claims
  • - Respond to customer inquiries (orders, ship dates, logistics, billing, etc.)
  • - Provide timely service
  • - Other duties as assigned

  • Requirements and Desired Qualifications:

  • - Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • - Ability to work independently
  • - Organized
  • - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • - Strong multitasking and problem solving skills

  • Hours Monday-Friday between 8 am – 5 pm. Compensation is $15.25 per hour.
