Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a current a Inventory Accounting Analyst job in The Doral Area. This is for a temp opportunity.
Duties:
Organize and manage ships physical inventories including scheduling the inventories, setting up the inventories, and distributing results of ships physical inventories. Perform detailed analysis into possible causes of shrinkage and finalization of the ships inventories, make recommendations based on results of analysis

Manage consignment vendor inventory reconciliations, identify discrepancies, detailed analysis to ensure the inventory and payable balances are correct in the GL.

Analyze, interpret and develop monthly inventory activity such as ship deliveries, transfers, RTV and any other transactions impacting the inventory.

Create journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and review of assigned accounts to include shrink and inventory reserves.
Responsible for internal and external audit requirements related to inventory shrink. Ensure compliance with internal control guidelines related to inventory and improvements if applicable.
Recommend new policies and procedures for inventory tracking and management.
Create ad hoc financial analysis related to inventory as requested.
