Our Des Moines client is looking to hire an Inventory Associate to perform inventory and answer phone inquiries from customers under general supervision for the personal and commercial storage services division of their company.




  • Enter part numbers and maintain database
  • Receive and track inbound and outbound shipments
  • Ensure necessary paperwork and procedures are followed in safekeeping of inventory
  • Answer phone calls regarding storage services and direct to appropriate personnel




  • Attention to detail and proficient data entry skills.
  • Basic computer and office skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to multi-task and manage regular interruptions


A typical work week is 8a-430p Monday through Friday. Looking for less hours? Part-time hours are also an option.
