Gourmet meal kit delivery company in the city of El Segundo is seeking Inventory Control Associates for Graveyard.

This associate is responsible for monitoring the stock, production, and ensuring that the data remains maintained and updated in the system. He/she assists in the preparation of all the inventory related reports, answers all the routine queries and provides the much needed support for the operations, logistics, accounting, and quality departments.

Job Description: The inventory associate is responsible for monitoring the stock, production, and ensuring that the data remains maintained and updated in the system. He/she assists in the preparation of all the inventory related reports, answers all the routine queries and provides the much-needed support for the operations, logistics, accounting, and quality departments.

Reports to: Inventory Control Manager & Inventory Control Supervisor
Position: Entry Level- Experienced

• Reviews all the shipment documents and verifies the details to make sure that they are complete and accurate
• Reviews the shipment transactions and ensures that the receipts are posted in a timely manner
• Accountable for reconciliation activities so that the inventory records are validated and are actively involved in the resolution of issues
• Inventory Cycle Counts (scheduled, requested, hot items)
• Downstock (move required items to pick face bins)
• Stock rotations (ensure all product is placed according to FEFO)
• True Life Pulls and quality control & frozen to fresh assembly builds
• Miscellaneous Inventory Adjustments (eg: bad product, damaged, other errors, etc.)
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, execute transfer requests
• Maintains an organized, clean and safe warehouse working conditions for all associates
• Supports operational needs as requested by QA, production, receiving and warehouse teams

Requirements:
• Basic Computer knowledge
• Must be able to do simple math and execute counts
• Must have food handlers card
• Must understand the demands of working in a cold and demanding environment
• Must be able to lift, pull, push, a minimum of 30 lbs. or more
• Must be able to stand, pivot, bend for long periods of time
• Previous warehouse experience a plus
