Inventory Coordinator
Location: Atlanta, GA
Targeted Pay Rate: $25/hour
Estimated Duration (in months): 1 month

Driving own vehicle (must pass a MVR and provide proof of insurance) to various hospitals and collect pre-identified products that are currently on consignment to hospitals
Documenting (using Excel, must be able to move around in Excel, do not need to be advanced but functional) inventory in Excel on what is being removed from the hospital, submit the documentation via email, will then receive a FedEx return label, box products, place return label on package, drop off at FedEx
Will be visiting 2-3 hospitals / day (possible 250 mile radius of city they were hired to work in)
Must be comfortable in a hospital setting (Lab or EKG techs are highly preferred OR again, anyone who has worked in a hospital setting)
Will be reimbursed for mileage and tolls
Will receive 50.00 / day for food
Once hired, will be required to have the following immunizations: Hepatitis B, Influenza (current year), MMC (mumps, measles, rubella), Varicella (chicken pox), Annual TB/PPD (skin test), Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis – CARDINAL WILL PROVIDE A PROCESS TO OBTAIN THESE IMMUNIZATIONS ONCE HIRED

Description of Work:

• Travel to various hospitals within assigned 250 mile territory and collect pre-identified products that are currently on consignment to hospitals
• Items will be located in Cardiac Cath Lab
• Must be able to identify & verify products before returning to provided address via FedEx
• Will have to communicate daily activity (example: “travelled to hospital x,y, and z and collected items 1,2,3)


• Previous hospital supply chain or clinical experience preferred
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Supply chain experience preferred
• Understanding of hospital protocol
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to speak with various hospital departments in a professional manner
• Minimum of 1 year hospital experience
• Minimum high school diploma or GED; completion of tech program or some college is preferred
