Adecco is currently assisting a large client in their search for an Inventory Coordinator

Will be picking up medical supplies/equipment

Description of Work:
• Travel (in own vehicle) to various hospitals within assigned 250 mile territory and collect pre-identified products that are currently on consignment to hospitals
• Items will be located in Cardiac Cath Lab
• Must be able to identify & verify products before returning to provided address via FedEx
• Will have to communicate daily activity to manager (example: “travelled to hospital x,y, and z and collected items 1,2,3)

Skills/Qualifications:
• Previous hospital supply chain or clinical experience preferred
• Minimum of 1 year hospital experience
• Supply chain experience preferred
• Understanding of hospital protocol
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to speak with various hospital departments in a professional manner
• Minimum high school diploma or GED; completion of tech program or some college is preferred

Required to have completed or complete before starting
o Hepatitis B
o Influenza (current year)
o MMR (mumps, measles, rubella)
o Varicella (chicken pox)
o Annual TB/PPD (skin test)
o Tetanus
o Diphtheria
o Pertussis

Travel Requirements: T&E will be reimbursed inclusive of personal mileage, $50/day food per diem, parking, tolls, lodging; all expenses in accordance with company Travel and Expense Policy

Starting 4/9/2018 – 1+ month contract
Pay rate $25.00/hr.
