Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:
Job Title: Inventory Coordinator
Shift: Monday to Friday, 40 hrs. per week
Location: Ft. Lauderdale/Miami, FL

Pay Rate: $25.00/hr.

DESCRIPTION

Travel to various hospitals within assigned 250 mile territory and collect pre-identified products that are currently on consignment to hospitals
Items will be located in Cardiac Cath Lab
Must be able to identify & verify products before returning to provided address via FedEx
Will have to communicate daily activity (example: “travelled to hospital x,y, and z and collected items 1,2,3)


Required skills:

Previous hospital supply chain or clinical experience required
Healthcare experience required
Supply chain experience preferred
Understanding of hospital protocol
Strong interpersonal communication skills to speak with various hospital departments in a professional manner
Minimum of 1 year hospital experience required
Minimum high school diploma or GED; completion of tech program or some college is preferred
Must provide proof of, and maintain current immunizations and obtain additional immunizations appropriate for the facility which enables access to customer sites in order to perform essential job functions (Hepatitis B, Influenza (current year), MMR (mumps, measles, rubella), Varicella (chicken pox), Annual TB/PPD (skin test), Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis)
Will be required to use personal vehicle to participate in this project (Mileage reimbursement will be provided)
Daily food per diem will be provided
Must have clean driving record
Experience in Excel is required
