Job Description:
We are in search of someone who possesses an adamant sense of drive and organizational aptitude to support shipment exceptions and inventory control. This individual will have the opportunity to assist managing the distribution centers that service customers in North and South America.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key intermediary between internal groups and 3PL providers for all shipment exceptions impacting distribution centers
- Root cause exceptions and drive process improvement
- Leverage reporting to drive SLA adherence
- Support inventory control processes
- Improve process documentation

Required Skills
- Analytically adept in excel
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Ability to balance competing priorities and manage change
- Warehouse distribution experience (inventory and/or exception handling experience preferred)
- Positive attitude and team player
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
- History of consistent performance & attendance at previous employers

Nice to have:
- Working knowledge of SAP
- GBI proficiency
