Investigator/ Data Analyst



ADECCO is assisting a premier client in their immediate search for:

Complaint Investigator/Data Analyst
W2 Contract 12 months
Pay rate $40 per hour
Leesburg VA

The successful candidate will perform and improve regulatory complaint management through detailed data analysis and documentation of medical devices. Will be responsible for assisting with the following:
- Collection of information for Periodic Safety Update Reports (PSURs), information concerning serious incidents, and information concerning non-serious incidents/any undesirable side-effects.
- Collection of information for trend reporting.
- Complaint investigations.
- Assistance with Post-Market Clinical Follow-up requirements.
- Assistance with implementation of Post-Market Surveillance Plan.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:


Performs medical product data collection, complaint investigation/analysis, documentation and reporting.
Extracts and analyzes data from various sources, including databases, manual files, and external websites
Responds to data inquiries from various groups within an organization.
Requires experience with relational databases and knowledge of query tools and/or statistical software
Strong analytical and organizational skills also essential


Requirements:

1-2 years’ experience performing complaint investigations is required
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in engineering or related field
Must have demonstrated experience with TrackWise software
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel. Tableau would be helpful
Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence across diverse groups
Experience managing medical devices or products preferred.
Ability to manage various projects at once with successful track record for timely completion
Ability to work in a global environment
