Adecco is assisting a local client in their search to fill an Invoicing Coordinator position in Scotia, NY. This is a full time, 1st shift, potential temp to hire opportunity. If you meet the qualifications listed below please Apply Now!

Responsibilities for the Invoicing Coordinator include:

  • Prepare customer invoices each month
  • Post transactions to general ledger
  • Research previous transactions using general ledger and other systems/software
  • Prepare debit/credit memos for customer accounts as needed
  • Act as organizer and provide customer service to Accounts Receivable, Invoicing, Shipping and Sales team members as needed to resolve invoice related issues.



  • Associates Degree or Certification in Business or Accounting
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have experience with handling data via use of spreadsheets and pivot tables
  • Strong organizational skills, as well as detail oriented
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of the team
  • Experience using Sage 100 is a plus

This position will be 1st shift, 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday and pays $14.00 per hour.
