ISO Documentation Specialist

Responsible for maintenance of company documents including but not limited to storage, cataloging and retrieval of documents and maintaining the integrity of working documents and updating documentation when revised.


Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


Managing global document control; updating, creating and publishing controlled documents which includes communicating change notifications to effected parties/departments.



Assisting in the global implementation, maintenance and monitoring of the company’s quality systems which include compliance to ISO 9001; ANSI/ESD S20.20 and AS6081 as well as compliance to other international, industry and customer-specific quality standards.



Scheduling audits at US facilities while coordinating internal and external auditing schedules and associated notifications for America II locations globally.



Coordinate and plan supplier, customer, and interdepartmental meetings.



Managing the Global Training Matrix ensuring employee status is maintained and current and that minimum required training has been completed.



Qualifications


Minimum 1-year experience in documentation management



Self-directed with the ability to work independently and highly-motivated



Ability to prioritize, manage time well, multitask and troubleshoot



Focused and carry out their tasks in a timely and accurate manner



Detail-oriented, dependable and trustworthy since they will come in contact with complex and sensitive documents



Computer-savvy and well-versed in Microsoft Office products
