Location: Plano, TX (No relocation assistance, per diem, or other expenses can be offered)
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Max Pay Rate: $28.00 per hour / Adecco W2


What is Asset Administration?
• Being responsible for administrative duties within the IT procurement and inventory management function.
• Maintaining records and databases containing information regarding licenses, warranties, and service agreements for the company's hardware.
• Minimizing organizational cost through product standardization and tracking. Tracking quality throughout the product lifetime.
• A specialist on complex technical and business matters.
• Work is highly independent within a small busy team environment.

PC/Printer Lifecycle Management:
Execute the day to day Asset Management Lifecycle accountabilities for US hardware including:
• Procurement, refresh, retirement and disposal when applicable
• Asset System updates and reporting in Service Now
• Hardware and Lease Vendor Management
• SAP PO/GR Processing, lease administration
• Support AOP and forecasting within category
Controls:
• Monitor day-to day NA Asset Lifecycle processes for compliance, Identify and remediate process gaps or issues, support inventory audits
• This role provides for a single point for the administration of Hardware lifecycle/maintenance of PC and printer assets across the United States.
• This role requires in-depth knowledge of the Our Client’s and IT procurement process, the asset category and technology, and the IT operating model and cross functional teams. This role also requires the ability to act as liaison to Our Client’s IT Finance, Field IT, EUS and hardware/maintenance vendors.
Software:
• Collect and maintain accurate Software Licensing information in repositories to address budgeting, software compliance & inventory, contracts, and cost.
• Assist in the development of reporting to address management requirements to obtain information.
• Communicate through email, individual interview, group meetings, and presentations to end users, management, developers, and vendors.
• Respond to requests from end users, managers, developers, and team members for specific IT Software Asset Management data information.
• Ability to deliver effective license positions on reconciliations.
• Provide analysis of the software data that can be used to drive key business decisions.
• Prepare and deliver reporting to customer stakeholders using discovery and entitlement data.
• Determine use rights and provide key terms and conditions summaries on software contracts. Ensure compliance by comparing current and future usage plans with those rights.
• Provide support services ranging from user assistance, software installs, purchase assistance, renewals, removals, entitlement and proof of purchase tracking, and financial analysis impact.
• Other duties as assigned in support of assisting in fulfilling and provisioning IT hardware, software, and associated services to end users.
