Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily Key Operator duties to include cleaning glass, running test page, and filling paper trays.
  • Monitor PrintSolv data for alerts on all printers/MFD’s in order to address problems before they are reported by the end user.
  • Assist with registering and/or correcting login issues with ID badges on print server
  • Responsible for all on-going setup and configuration when printer is replaced; responsible for desktop support and print driver deployment.
  • Utilize help desk system (eHorizon) for service requests.
  • Support Printer/Copier requirements as defined as:
    • Check each device and perform necessary paper/toner/staple replenishment, defined by the agreed upon notifications and alerts
    • Maintain a log for each device so reliability can be verified.
    • If a device malfunctions, attempt to fix the problem, if unable to fix place a service call.
    • Acknowledge all service requests and alerts within 30 business minutes from the time the call was received. If a device runs out of supplies (toner, staples) replenish the supplies no later than 1 hour from the time the call was received. For non-supply replenishment related service requests and alerts physically respond to the call within 3 business hours of the time the call was received and remediate the call within 8 business hours of when the call was received.
    • Ensure appropriate levels of supplies are on-hand as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a HS diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be customer focused and display a professional demeanor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess above average computer knowledge (data entry, server access).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • 1-2 years prior office services related experience.
  • IT/ Network and or printer copier maintenance experience preferred
  • Ability to carry out assigned tasks and projects to their completion.
  • Ability to identify and solve routine problems as they occur.
  • Ability to work individually or in a team environment.
