¿ Respond to help desk system and assign ticket to appropriate team member as needed, for all 3 locations.
¿ Respond to help desk tickets, via the system, in a timely fashion and work self-sufficiently to complete assigned tasks as swiftly as possible.
¿ Troubleshooting basic problems with company phones, tablets ,laptops, desktops, printers and network, will be required to complete tickets
¿ Additionally, basic troubleshooting or installation of hardware and software may be required
¿ After initial troubleshooting and clarification, escalate more complex problems to senior team members, by reassigning the ticket.
¿ Installation and configuration of new computers.
¿ Basic IP networking knowledge preferred but not required
