Responsibilities for this IT Support Analyst job include:

- Provide end-user IT support to customers related to a broad spectrum of IT infrastructure and applications within a senior role (technical oriented)
- Focus on 1st and 2nd level troubleshooting, processing standard change requests and executing daily IT operational tasks
- Effectively perform operational tasks in Center of Excellence team(s) or act as Subject Matter Expert within one (or more) IT areas
- Work according to IT Service management standards and able to contribute to the service support processes incident management, configuration management and change management
- Ability to independently set up hardware, software and IT related products or systems
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining accurate IT asset information as required
- Participate as a team member in different IT projects including back-office infrastructure area on a local, regional or global level
- Review and update end-user and IT staff manual, FAQs, procedures and work instructions


- Advanced network knowledge for 1st and 2nd level IT support
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in: MS Active Directory, Mobile device support (iOS), AS400, MS Exchange, MS Outlook, LAN/WAN Networking, PC break/fix
- Knowledge of IT service management principles or completed equivalent training
- Customer-focused, team player and prepared to go the extra mile to deliver IT service to the customer
- Must be able to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Must be able to analyze, summarize and communicate complicated problems and provide action recommendations to the next level of the escalation chain
- Ability to work in a team and perform with minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of project management methods and techniques

Pay for this position is $16//hr. This is a full time, long-term opportunity. Hours are 10pm-6am
