Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an exciting Tier I-Technical Support Agent in Lone Tree, CO for a Contract role. Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

This is a first point of contact role where candidates will be accepting calls from executive level clients and determining the nature of their issue. Candidates must come from an IT background and have one or more years in a customer-facing technical support role. Must demonstrate strong customer service skills and technical troubleshooting.

Please note: You must be local to the Lone Tree, CO area. There is no relocation assistance offered for this role.

Successful candidates will have the following qualifications:

Experience in Active Directory
Windows/MAC OS
Wireless Networking
Laptop/desktop troubleshooting and repair
Outlook troubleshooting
Remote assistance
Excellent Customer Service
Team Player
Has the ability to be multitask
Has the ability to Prioritize their daily workload
Works well in a team environment
Has the capability to builds a trustworthy relationship with the onsite team
Follows direction
Has the capability to be neat, orderly and organized manner at all times
Creates a sound communications environment
Previous Tier 1 experience

Working hours could be 7am to 4pm or 8am to 5pm. The pay rate for this role is $17.00/hr.
